He means both - we need each other - believe me I never thought I would consider nuclear but after reading his book and realising that wind wont do it - solar wont do it - and seeing the destruction, pollution and cancer rates…

It could be. The cost of creating a nuclear plant is so high that it may be a wash at this point.
IMO, though his most recent book, Final Warning, was an awesome read. Definitely one of the best writers out there on the topic.

Lovelock says the only way we can go on as we are is if we go nuclear.
