This is a great idea. It would be an excellent "run" after graduating from post-Heart surgery rehab. Medical insurance companies sometimes give a cash rebate for extra health promotion events. Reporting to one of their nurses regularly qualifies for bonuses. Most likely walking would be more realistic for some people.… Continue

What do you thing of James Lovelocks theory that the only way for the earth to survive is by going nuclear? It seems like a stark solution.
